You load the approved material. STX4SERVICE hauls and disposes of it.
Customer-load pricing does not include STX4SERVICE loading labor. Loading assistance may be added separately.

DENSE MATERIALS NOT INCLUDED
Concrete, dirt / soil, brick / masonry, roofing / shingles, and tile / ceramic are
not included in discounted Customer Load pricing.
Regular Volume-Based Removal / dense-material pricing applies.
OTHER EXCLUDED / NON-ACCEPTED MATERIALS
Customer Load pricing also excludes materials commonly not accepted by junk-removal companies or disposal facilities,
including hazardous chemicals, paint and solvents, gasoline and fuels, oils and automotive fluids,
pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, biohazard or medical waste, explosives, ammunition,
propane or pressurized cylinders, and other regulated or hazardous materials.
